Overview
The ideal Lash Extension Specialist is able to focus for long periods of time, must have good hand-eye coordination, steady hands, and must be meticulous. The Practicum Class is 2 full days from 9:30am – 4:30pm. Mornings consist of theory, and afternoons consist of demos and student practice. A model is required for practice at 1:00 PM on days 1& 2, as well as for your scheduled exam time. Your exam consists of a written exam as well as a practical exam. Topics covered in the theory include Health & safety, customer consultation, contraindication, proper application technique, etc. Students should be prepared for a significant amount of homework. Classes are in a hybrid format (online + in-person) and the size of the classes are kept to a minimum to ensure that each student receives the necessary individual attention from the instructor.
